	Particulate Matter & Public Health ACMT, as part of its cooperative agreement with ATSDR, presented a 2-hour CME-enabled webinar on Particulate Matter and Patient Health on 2/15 (course #1831) The first hour focuses on what is particulate matter, how it gets into the environment, trends in air quality, air quality regulations, where to find air quality information and how air quality affects the health status of a community. The second hour focuses on clinical impacts of particulate matter in the environment, sensitive populations and appropriate interventions.

	Oil & Water: Toxicology in Emergency Response The release of toxic substances into the environment has occurred again and again throughout history. Public health and emergency management agencies have been developing ways to respond to those events. This conference will look at environmental disasters including the recent DeepWater Horizon Gulf Oil Spill to discuss the emergency response to toxicologic disasters. Webinar access is available for no fee.
