Membership in the Registry

Participation in the Registry is strictly voluntary. All sites participating in the Registry will have access to the data for studies. For a site to participate all medical toxicologists at that site should be willing to enter all patients they see. Patients seen while working as an emergency physician or whose contact is limited to a telephone consultation (e.g. if through a poison center) do not get entered in the Registry.

There is no limitation of the size of your practice, you could see 1 patient a week or 30 patients a day. We only ask that they all get entered.

See ToxIC Registry Membership Directory here.

Please contact Jeff Brent or Paul Wax at toxic@acmt.net if you are interested in becoming a member of the ToxIC Registry.
