All exhibitors are responsible for setting up their own tables and displays, and for any items or materials displayed on those tables. Exhibit area will be on the 2nd Floor in the Grand Foyer. This area will be accessible for set-up beginning Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 6am. A 6 ft skirted table, two chairs and waste basket will be provided. Exhibitors requiring electrical supply should write to Sandra Kirilovic (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please provide your own electrical extension cord.
