This year we will explore the theme: Toxicologic Impact: Research, Practice, Teach. Day 1 will be entirely dedicated to research. Day 2 will focus on professional development and the practice of medical toxicology. Day 3 will focus on education and teaching future teachers in the field of medical toxicology. Satellite I. Epidemic of Addiction: Prescription Opioids, Heroin & Fentanyl
The day before ASM, on March 30, 2017, ACMT will host a full-day pre-session on the epidemiology and history of the addiction, newest data and best practices for treatment, and forensic aspects of the epidemic. Click here to see an agenda.
Satellite II. Zika Overview: A 360⁰ Look at the Epidemic

Meeting Details
The 2017 ASM and Satellite Sessions will be held at the beachfront InterContinental Hotel in San Juan, located in Isla Verde, approximately 5 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) and 15 minutes from historic Old San Juan.
