An update on print materials: there was a delay at the printers and materials were not shipped earlier this week as we'd originally hoped. The printer has assured us that they have rectified the issue and will be shipping print materials out by Friday (8/14) or Saturday (8/15). Print materials should arrive 3-4 days later, so roughly mid the following week. For those who purchased materials before August 1st, these materials will definitely still arrive well in advance of the live event on August 25-28, 2020.
Update: June 19, 2020
We are happy to announce that the Online Quiz Bank and Flashcards are now available for all registrants of the 2020 ACMT Board Review Course. Register today to get access to over 1000 quiz questions and terms to help you prepare for your board exam this fall!
We are also pleased to offer a special feature this year. While the Board Review Course is not normally recorded for proprietary reasons, ACMT understands that we are living in extraordinary times and you may have clinical duties or family obligations during the pandemic that require flexibility. For this reason, the organizers are making an exception and the sessions will be recorded and available after the event for registrants to view at their convenience (or over and over again, as needed). But this is a one time opportunity! Recordings will not be available for the 2022 Board Review Course.
In order to receive Continuing Medical Education (CME), however, you will need to attend the virtual event and watch the lectures live, August 25-28, 2020. Registrants will not be able to watch the recordings after the event and still get CME. That's a stipulation by our continuing education accrediting organization and something we can't change.
Register today! Early-bird rates expire on July 15th.
Update: June 9, 2020
The agenda for the virtual Board Review Course has been posted to the ACMT website: www.acmt.net/BRC_Agenda
As you will see, the lectures are now spread out over four days, August 25-28, 2020. Each day is limited to around 5 hours of lecture content and includes short morning and afternoon breaks as well as a break for lunch. We will start each day around 10am EDT to better accommodate our west coast participants, and end each day around 4:30 or 5pm. On Wednesday, August 26th, we will have a Virtual Quiz Bowl from 7-8pm EDT -- more details coming soon! And this year we’ve added a new component -- a Town Hall Q&A on Friday, August 28th from 4-5pm EDT where speakers will be present to answer any questions you might have.

The timeline for the course materials remains the same. You will receive access to the online Quiz Bank and Flashcards soon -- within the week! The slides will be available closer to the end of July. The earliest we can begin shipping the print items will be in late July or early August -- we, unfortunately, can’t give you an exact date, as it depends on our printers. But we guarantee that you will receive the print items before the virtual course begins on August 25th.
As always, we remain committed to ensuring you receive a high quality, educational opportunity to help you study for your board exams this fall.
Update: May 18, 2020
ACMT is pleased to announce that we will move forward with a fully virtual 2020 Board Review Course.
The ACMT Executive Committee has made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person component of the 2020 Board Review Course originally scheduled for August 26-28 in Minneapolis. It was felt that there are too many unknowns to safely offer an in-person activity at this time.
The virtual Board Review Course will move forward complete with all the same lectures and supplemental components like the Quiz Bank and Flashcards. We remain committed to offering a comprehensive educational experience that helps prepare registrants for their board exams in the fall.
Recognizing that learning is not optimal with a 9-hour/day webinar, the course will now be spread out over the course of 4 days, Tuesday, August 25th through Friday, August 28th. Given that you will no longer require travel to this event, the extra day should not require you to take much additional time off from your clinical duties. Please mark your calendar!
We will be in touch over the coming weeks about the exact format of the virtual meeting. In the meantime, registration is open!
