Continuing Medical Education
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Alabama School of Medicine and the American College of Medical Toxicology. The University of Alabama School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) has been approved by the University of Alabama School of Medicine, which designates this live activity for: 21.5 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™
There is still time to purchase Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for your participation in the 2018 ACMT Board Review Course. In order to receive CME, course attendees must:
- Register for CME
- Submit a record of attendance to the conference's Attendance Log.
- Complete the course evaluation survey, which will be emailed to you on September 5th.
After everyone who has registered for CME has submitted their attendance information and completed the conference survey, ACMT will send this information to the University of Alabama (UAB). UAB will process all CME registrations and then email the certificates directly to registrants. This process typically takes 6-8 weeks after the event, depending on how timely registrants are with submitting their attendance and surveys.
