Deputy for Science on the CDC's COVID-19 International Task Force, Dr. Benjamin Dahl, will present on the global epidemiology of COVID-19 and include metrics from mortality surveillance systems through innovative data visualizations. He will also present on the different global approaches to lifting mitigation strategies, with a focus on school re-openings, and highlight country case-studies from Europe.

UCLA Infectious Disease Pharmacist, Dr. Matthew Davis, will give a brief review of major trials that have studied Remdesivir as a treatment for COVID-19 and discuss the clinical takeaways.
