Total Tox Course Continuing Education 

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Alabama School of Medicine and the American College of Medical Toxicology. The University of Alabama School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
 
Continuing Medical Education (CME) is approved for this activity. The University of Alabama School of Medicine will designate this live activity for the following: 21 AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ 
 

There is still time to purchase CME credits for your participation in this event. In order to receive CME, course attendees must:

  1. Register for CME
  2. Submit a record of attendance on the Attendance Log.
  3. Complete the course evaluation survey, which will be emailed to registrants on December 9th.

After everyone who has registered for CME has submitted their attendance information and completed the conference survey, ACMT will send this information to the University of Alabama (UAB). UAB will process all CME registrations and then email the certificates directly to registrants. This process typically takes 6-8 weeks after the event, depending on how timely registrants are with submitting their attendance and surveys.
 

Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE)

Screen_Shot_2019-10-07_at_3_28_05_PM.pngThe University of Maryland School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. These knowledge-based activities are approved for a maximum of 20.5 hours (2.05 CEU) of continuing education credit. Statements of credit will be posted to CPE Monitor within three weeks for all participants who successfully either or all activities.  Successful completion of each activity requires your name documented on the registration list, participation in the full day of sessions, and completion of an online activity evaluation.  This activity is jointly provided by the American College of Medical Toxicology.
