Multiple vaccines have moved into various clinical trials to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Infectious disease specialist, Dr. Evan Anderson, will discuss the state of these vaccine clinical trials and provide updates about safety, reactogenicity, and immunogenicity of current leading vaccine candidates.

Dr. Sofia Kebede, Assistant Professor at the Addis Ababa University Department of Emergency Medicine, will provide highlights on the treatment of COVID-19 patients in Ethiopia, and the challenges that limited resources have presented.
