JMT is pleased to announce that first year medical toxicology fellow Jaiva Larsen, MD, was selected to be our 2017-18 Leslie R. Dye FIT Editorial Board Intern. She is a fellow in the University of Arizona-Tucson program, and according to one of her mentors Nicholas Hurst, “This position will allow her the opportunity to further enhance her writing and wordcraft and serve as a role model for others with similar aspirations.” We look forward to a productive and exciting year with Jaiva on our editorial board.
The announcement of a new FIT member means we need to recognize and start to say farewell to our 2016-17 Board Intern Rachel Wightman, MD, from NYU. She had a productive and educational year with us, and we look forward to involving her talent and insights as a reviewer and journal contributor in the future. Rachel will serve as a mentor to Jaiva until her term officially concludes at the end of June.
