Stimulus Lab: Don't Touch, Taste, or Smell!

In honor of ACMT's 25th Anniversary, in 2018 we hosted a Stimulus Lab, a sensory educational experience roughly based on the original Medical Toxicology board exam "Smells Room." There were multiple stations that involve demonstrations, unique smells and image recognition. It was set up as a test format with questions and a prize for the person with the highest score.

A special thank you to the organizers for their dedication! Kathy Kopec, DO, Michael Beuhler, MD, and Bryan Judge, MD

Congratulations to Dr. Brett Cherington, the winner of the 2018 ACMT Stimulus Lab exam.

According to the event evaluation, 53% of conference attendees visited the Stimulus Lab, and 29 submitted tests. Some comments:
"Reminded me of the ABMT exam."
“Super hard, fun. Appreciate the detail and effort that went into putting this together. So impressive.”
“Awesome - loved this! Please do it every year!!”
