Filter Magazine reports that the FDA is providing “positive feedback” for a proposed nalmefene product, designed to be used for first-responder administration during suspected secondhand fentanyl exposure. As per ACMT and AACT’s recently published position statement, nalmefene is not recommended in place of naloxone. -
