Research
Foundation-supported research including collaborative funding projects, has led to many advancements in medical toxicology and publications in national and international research journals.

Education
Each year the MTF provides multiple opportunities for medical toxicologists to further their education and training through travel awards to ACMT’s Annual Scientific Meeting, a fellowship rotation in industry program, and other opportunities.

Patient Care
Medication overdose or adverse drug reactions, chemical exposures, environmental toxins, envenomation, chemical warfare agents and occupational hazards are just some of the ways you, your child, or someone you care about can be poisoned. Patient access to this unique medical specialty saves lives every day.
