Each year ACMT recognizes distinguished members who have made significant contributions to the field of Medical Toxicology practice, research, education and service. 

These disctintions are available in three categories:

• FACMT (Fellows of the College)
• AFACMT (Affiliate Fellows of the College)
• DFACMT (Distinguished Fellows of the College)

Invitations go out to qualifying members with an open application period between June and September each year. New Fellows are inducted in person at the ACMT Annual Scientific Meeting in the spring of each year.
