Case 1: A 43-year-old man is bitten by an animal he was breeding.

Case 2: A 31-year-old man with no PMH presents to the ED with concerns for food poisoning and a rash on his face. He is subsequently found to be in multiorgan failure.

Case 3: A 35-year-old man was found down inside a recently emptied chemical tanker that he was cleaning. He was found to have altered mental status, 20% TBSA partial thickness burns, and metabolic acidosis.
