Don’t Know an ACMT Member? That’s Okay!

Our membership applications ask for references, but we understand that not everyone has a personal connection with an ACMT member, especially if you’re new to the field or just discovering our community.

If you don’t have an ACMT member to serve as a reference, simply complete the short statement included in the application. We’ll ask you to share what you hope to gain from ACMT membership, how you hope to contribute to the College and its community, and why you’re interested in joining.

In place of member references, the Membership Committee will review your statement along with your CV and will reach out if they have any additional questions.
Please don’t let a lack of personal connections within ACMT discourage you from applying. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and career stages, and we’re always excited to meet future members who are passionate about medical toxicology.
